Shiashie Towers
The Shiasie Tower complex incorporates the idea of city living all in one Tower. It consists of two levels of car showrooms or VW, Porsche and Nissan with galleries. The top of it serves as the square to create a sense of belongingness for the offices and the apartments. Lettable office spaces and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, a penthouse, roof top, swimming pool and sky bar.

Allamanda Town Homes
​
Allamanda is a high-class contemporary residential complex of 10 townhouses located in a prestigious neighbourhood of Cantonments, Accra, Ghana. Each townhouse is a fully fitted 3-storey, 4 bedroom house with spacious living areas, elegant and fully furnished kitchen and bathrooms, all captured in 370 qm living area per house. The facility also boast of well-thought of roof terraces, backyard and laundry area and ancillary spaces such as the pool, gym, utility areas and kids play area.

This 1,322 qm apartment presents an exquisite modern design with spacious and well illuminated living spaces and exceptional butterfly roof cover adorning the city skyline. The Ridge also offers swimming pool as well as modern ancillary.

Promasidor MDS’s Residence
​
This project is located at East Airport Residential area, one of the affluent neighbourhoods in the city of Accra. With the idea of open plan living, the ground floor contains the living room, separated from the dining area with a glass cabinet for books and artefacts, to act as a means of visual barrier instead of the traditional block work and this flows into the kitchen area. Ceiling to floor glass doors opens up from the living area unto the wood decking terrace for views to the pool and the carefully designed landscape. Bringing in much daylight and ventilation, this blends the outdoor and indoor living spaces together. The iconic staircase made of toughened laminated Glass threads ushers one to the bedrooms on the first floor. The windows of the bedrooms on the first floor faces the open concrete pergola balcony to admit in daylight and ventilation as well as views of the entire property.

Biriwa Artist's Residence

Designed with two artist friends, this box-like concrete structure floats on stilt high above the Gulf of Guinea. This home was created with great attention being paid to the climate and topography of the area raising principle questions to the essence and function of architecture as an art.
