MSC Ghana head office project Tema

The proposed new office building is designed as an iconic structure incorporating flexible open workspaces and sustainability concept.
The building comprises executive and open offices, banking hall, cafeteria and ancillary facilities arranged around a well-illuminated central atrium with glazed roof and well-screened glazed façade.
The design is to provide home-like environment, transparency and magnificent views to surrounding landscape.
